I’m all about creating patterns that are beginner-friendly and doesn’t take too long to make. Hopefully some of you will have a bit of spare time to crochet this before Halloween!!
Without further ado, lets go!

Use a darning needle for sewing
Here are the steps I take to assemble my kitten:
1) Sew both ears on head (I sewed mine between R4 and R7 of head)
2) Sew pumpkin stem to pumpkin hat
3) Sew pumpkin hat to top of head
4) Secure safety eyes between R7 and R8
5) (If not already done yet) Glue pumpkin face to pumpkin
6) Sew both legs to pumpkin
7) Sew tail to back of pumpkin
8) Stuff head and pumpkin piece with polyester fibre
9) Sew head piece to pumpkin, body piece
10) Tie collar to neck of kitten

I made this little pumpkin kitten as a standalone decoration, but of course, you are welcome to add to it so that it becomes a keychain, mobile, etc.

There is a typo in the last round of the head, round 10, it says sc-inc instead of sc-dec. 🙂
